System is based on:

• Email integration with MS Outlookฎ and Lotus Notesฎ: This makes it easy to use;
• Strict Security Module based on ACL at object level, and roles and privileges at user interface field level;
• Integration Services allows connectivity with partner systems;
• Built on J2EE architecture, platform independent, it is supported on the main Web Applications Servers and the main Relational Databases through an independent JDO interface (see list of platforms).

Technical Characteristics:

• Java, J2EE based
• Multi-platform
• Multi-language support configurable per user
• Easy to customize
• Integration Services: Connectivity with partner systems
• Scalable with the underlying Applications Server
